NEW BOOKING APP UPDATE - PLEASE READ

The booking system on Clubright is now closed. To make or amend a booking please email us at info@formandflow.co.uk

All your current bookings and remaining credits will be transferred to our new booking app which will launch on May 1st.


Timeline of events

April 28th 11pm: Purchases, bookings and cancellations can no longer be made in Clubright.

April 29th - We will migrate your account, bookings and any remaining credits on account. We will not be migrating your bank details or direct debits.

April 30th - We will be preparing the app to launch, making sure all bookings and credits are ready to go.

May 1st  - When your new account is ready to go, we will email you with instructions on how to access it. After this simple process you will be able to explore our new app and book in! 


FAQ’s

Until when can I make bookings in Clubright?

The diary is open up until May 12th. All bookings between May 1st and 12th will be transferred over by us before the booking diary goes public. 

I don't want to use an app to book. Can I book through the website?

Yes you do not need to download the app if you don’t want to. You will be able to log in via our website, giving you the same experience as in the app.

I need to make a change or cancel a booking when the booking systems are offline, what should I do? 

Please email us info@formandflow.co.uk and we will take care of it. 

I have unused credits on account, what will happen to these? 

All remaining credits will be transferred to your new account. We suggest you make a note of these before the migration. 

I had a direct debit, what will happen to this? 

All direct debits have been set to end on April 26th. If you have credit on account you can still book as normal. If you do not have credit on account for booking please contact us info@formandflow.co.uk. When the new app is up and running please subscribe to your membership and start it again. 

Will the studio be closed during this time?

All classes and appointments will be running as normal. 

Will you be changing any pricing?

No, there will be no changes to our prices.
